The starting bid of all auctions is € 1. So you offer a minimum of € 1 and a maximum of € 50 higher than the previous bid. Bidding more than € 50 higher is not possible. In this way we want to prevent you from accidentally bidding too much. For bids that are higher than € 2,500, we may ask you to transfer € 0.01 to our account. You can download your invoice from your won auction via Won auctions. Click on the auction won for which you want to download the invoice and then click on View your invoice.
When your data is transferred to the collection agency (Intrum Justitia), a minimum of 15% of the auction amount in collection costs (with a minimum of € 40) will be added to the auction amount due. This amount can rise as long as payment is not made.
If you have made the highest bid and then do not pay immediately, you will first receive a payment reminder by e-mail. After the 2nd payment reminder, you have 21 days to pay before we transfer your account to the collection agency. After 8 days we will block your account for further bids. We try to debit the amount 1 time. If you have not paid and the direct debit fails (for example due to an incorrect bank account number or no balance), we will always send you a final payment reminder by email. After sending this e-mail you have 14 days to pay for the auction. If this does not happen, we are unfortunately forced to call in a collection agency. Bids made via our website are always binding.
No, employees are not allowed to participate on our website. Bidding on European auctions must be fun and fair for everyone. That is why it is forbidden for us and our partners to bid along.
If you get an error message, something went wrong. Often it is because you bid too low, too high or with a comma or point in the amount. For example, do you want to offer € 10? Then type 10 and not 10.00 or 10.00. Bidding is only possible with round amounts that are a minimum of € 1 and a maximum of € 50 higher than a previously placed bid.
